The BMX scene in Kelowna is growing with the emergence of some really good young talent taking their skills to the world stage and inspiring younger riders following in their footsteps. There is an awesome BMX track located in Rutland where you can see sanctioned or weekend events for the family in the spring and summer or just go watch some riders of all ages practice on a nice warm evening. Located by the RUTLAND SPORTS FIELDS at 645 Dodd Rd. The track is behind the Rutland Arenas, next to the YMCA.

If you're a pool rider, then there is Ben Lee Park located on Leathead Road in Rutland that hosts one of the best Skate Parks in the Valley which includes an awesome pool for skaters and BMX riders alike.
