Kelowna has an active 4x4 off road community similar to those of the ATV and Quading scene.
Blue Grouse Mountain
Blue Grouse Mountain offers up fantastic views of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake, with some great off road trails, ranging from easy trails for beginners to more challenging trails for experienced drivers. Access is via Bear Lake Main Road, off Westside Road on the west side of Okanagan Lake.
Little White Mountain
Little White is a part of Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, where there is limited motorized access. Please note: All motorized access to the top of Little White Mountain is no longer allowed, so please respect and protect our parks.
Gottfriedsen Mountain
Gottfriedsen Mountain to the west of Kelowna has views of the Monashee Mtns to the east and the Coast Range Mtns to the west. Access is via Hwy 97C to the Sunset Main exit, north on Bear Creek Main to just near Cameo Lake Rec. site. From West Kelowna (Westbank), access is via Glenrosa Road to Last Mountain Road, and then Bear Creek Main to Cameo Lake.
Other popular off road destinations near Kelowna are Crystal Mountain and Bear Creek close to West Kelowna (Westbank), and Noble Canyon and Vernon Hills near by up in the Vernon area.
